HGTV Seeks Homeowners for “Critical Listing”

Have you already bought your dream home BEFORE selling your current house? Need help getting TOP DOLLAR? Here’s your chance to be on HGTV’s new hit show: Critical Listing!

Are you an energetic, fun homeowner facing the prospect of carrying two mortgages at once? Do you need to maximize your profit when you sell your current home? Interior Designer Jo Alcorn, Landscape Expert Carson Arthur and Property Expert Lisa Colalillo will assess your home and do the right fixes to get you the highest price possible. Our team does the work and puts their reputations on the line while you reap all the benefits!

To be eligible:

• Homes must be located in the GTA
• Homeowners must contribute a reasonable budget (minimum $10,000) toward interior and exterior renovations (budget will vary depending on project size)
• Must be available to complete renovations in October or November 2013
• Must be available for 2 – 3 days of filming over 3 week period.

Production will contribute up to an additional $10,000 to your project.
